Insurance Payments & Referrals

Neurology Partners of Hudson County PA is committed to providing quality care to all our patients; however, Managed Care Companies often limit what we can and can't do. Additionally, some health plans require pre-certification and/or referral forms. Therefore, we will need a referral before we can provide any services.

In addition, we may need to obtain pre-certification from your insurance carrier before certain procedures and/or equipment may be ordered. Each insurance carrier has different coverage depending on the contract with that particular employer. Be familiar with your insurance coverage!

Since participation in insurance plans is subject to change, please feel free to contact our business office with any questions. Please direct any specific insurance coverage questions to your member services representative. You should also ask yourself the following questions when choosing an insurance plan:
